Aromatherapy combines the use of a base oil with essential oils, which are naturally derived from plants and have potent therapeutic properties that have been used by mankind for 1000’s of years.
The use of essential oils works on the mind, body and spirit to help promote both emotional and physical wellbeing.
I pre-blend oils to use as part of all my massage treatments (unless otherwise requested).
Blends can be individually tailored and consider many factors. This is available as an option if desired. It requires a more detailed consultation prior to your appointment (and is an additional cost to those printed below).
I do not use nut oils in my blends, but please inform me if you have a nut allergy before booking an appointment, as I cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.
