The manual nature of my job means that I am often unable to respond to enquiries immediately and I rarely answer phone calls (or listen to voicemails!) When I’m not with a client, I’m either driving, waiting for my next client and/or in clinic, which is akin to being in a library – not the ideal place to have a telephone conversation! I generally do not answer work-related messages after 9pm, on Sundays or bank holidays (massage therapists need rest too!:))
